At Leadership Dialogues we believe that teams perform at their best when they have; |
A clear mission and goals |
Shared norms and values |
Effective processes and members |
The right mix of capabilities |
We begin with a discovery process through which each team member learns what work responsibilities, roles and tasks match his/her individual natural talents, skills, motivators, values, and personal style.
Through individual feedback and group sharing of each one’s core strengths they construct and identify their individual and team model of excellence. Armed with this knowledge they and the leader can evaluate any gaps in team capabilities which need to be filled as well as organize existing members into the roles and processes that allow them to feel most energized, engaged and successful together. |
This process: |
Reduces inefficiencies based on poor role fit |
Significantly reduces dysfunctional conflict |
Promotes constructive dialogue around different perspectives |
Facilitates synergizing of complementary capabilities |
Optimizes the team’s ability to learn, create and improve |
Equips the leader to motivate and coach each person uniquely |
Empowers each person with key knowledge for career development |
| Effective teams have effective processes |
