Once viewed as the domain of a single individual, new leadership models are emerging. Rather than evaluating individuals against a traditional “leader profile” individuals are helped to understand how they uniquely contribute to enhancing and driving leadership throughout their organizations.

Our assessment process begins with understanding the company’s strategic vision, the organizational culture that is needed to support that vision, and the inevitable challenges it is facing at its current and future phase of the organizational lifecycle.
